Oakville’s polyaspartic garage floor specialists.
Oakville-owned, Oakville-operated. Our shop is on Wyecroft Road. Most jobs in Oakville are installed within 2–3 weeks of booking.
We know your slab.
Oakville garages from the late-90s Bronte and Glen Abbey builds have high-chloride slabs that eat cheap epoxy alive. We moisture-test every floor before we quote it — and we won’t pour polyaspartic over concrete that isn’t ready.
Where we’ve been this year.
Six jobs. Six neighborhoods.
What your neighbors say.
Ironside diamond-ground our 22-year-old slab and laid polyaspartic in a single day. Truck was back in the garage 30 hours later. Warranty paperwork arrived by courier the next week.
Got three quotes. Ironside was the most expensive and the only one who tested for moisture before quoting. That told me everything. Zero regrets.
Second Ironside floor — did my daughter’s house in Bronte after ours held up for three years of hockey-bag abuse. That’s my review.
Questions specific to Oakville.
Do you pull Oakville building permits?+
Residential garage coatings do not require a permit in the Town of Oakville. Basement coatings over 500 sqft may fall under a separate interior alteration permit — we’ll walk you through it.
Can you coat my Glen Abbey slab? It’s from 1998.+
Most likely yes — but we’ll do a calcium chloride moisture test and surface profile check before we quote. Older Glen Abbey pours often have high-chloride content; polyaspartic is actually the better choice there.
What’s your Oakville lead time?+
2–3 weeks typical between signed quote and install day. Peak season (May–Aug) may stretch to 4 weeks.
Do you do condos or townhomes?+
Yes — private garages only. We do not bid on shared underground condo lots or property-managed buildings.
